Introduction
Cubs is the second section of the Scouting family and is open to boys & girls aged between 8 & 10½.
Meetings
Cubs at 2nd Lea meet once a week on a Tuesday evening.
What do we do?
Cubs do lots of different activities. We play lots of games, make new friends, learn scouting skills and loads more! Cubs also go on several camps each year to various places (some inside, some in tents!). Cubs take part in competitions run by the District and the County. In the past we’ve won Splash Night (swimming competition) and Sports Day!
Who runs the section?
Akela is the leader of the Cub section. He is assisted by Mowgli.
